Please read these terms carefully before using PokéSurvivor Fan Hub (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Unofficial fan site

The Site is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, or the developers of PokéSurvivor. Pokémon names and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the subject of the Site.

The game

The PokéSurvivor game linked from the Site is created and operated by its own developers at pokesurvivor.com. Your use of the game is subject to their terms. We do not operate the game and are not responsible for its availability, content or conduct.

The Site’s content

The guides, Pokédex data, move information, type chart and other material are provided for general information and entertainment. Game information can change as the game is updated, so verify important details in the game itself. We do our best to keep things accurate but do not guarantee it.

You may read, link to and share pages from the Site. You may not copy large portions of the Site to republish as your own, or present it as an official source.

Tier-list maker

The tier-list maker runs in your browser. Boards you create are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for any content you export or share from it.

Online co-op

Co-op play connects you directly to other players. You understand that other players may see your IP address and that we do not control their conduct. Do not share your session with people you do not trust, and do not use the game to harass, threaten or harm anyone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at high volume, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its hosting infrastructure, and not to use the Site for unlawful purposes.

The Site links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, the game, or any third-party website linked from it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
